Realizing this need very well, ASKI teamed up with Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP), thus the birth of ASKI HOUSING.
ASKI HOUSING aims to extend financial assistance to 2,105 clients and staffs through its housing and livelihood programs.
With a loan portfolio of Ps. 55.6M and a monthly term of payment, ASKI ensures the loan product can suit the needs of its clients.
At present, it caters to the needs of 24 clients in Nueva Ecija, and still growing.
ASKI strongly supports the essence of families. By providing a pleasant and conducive environment for both clients and staff.
Housing For Clients
Generally this program aims to improve the quality of life of ASKI clients by providing financial assistance for the construction of new houses or acquisition of lot or house and lot purchase as well as repairs and improvements thus, enjoying a well protected, pleasant, affordable and conducive place to live in. It is a realization of our vision “a transformed and progressive community living in a just and caring society and experiencing the fullness of life”.

- At least two (2) years stay and currently in the micro-finance (AKP/ILP/FSLP/COM-DEV) program.
- w/ 100% repayment rate of the previous & current loans)
- Accumulated savings (CBU/EF) not less than Php. 5,000.00.

- New Housing Assistance – Qualified clientele is entitled to a minimum loan of Php 150,000.00 to a maximum of Php 300,000.00 for the construction of new house or purchase of house and lot.
For house construction loan, target clientele must be an owner of lot with
Transfer Certificate Title (TCT) registered in their name.
- House Improvement / Repair Loan – Loans will range from Php 10,000.00 to Ps, 150,000.00 to be used primarily for any house improvement (eg; paintings, fencing, concreting, room extension, water and electricity, etc.) and repairs (eg; replacement of roofing, ceilings, sanitary facilities, floorings etc.)
- Lot Purchase – Eligible applicant is qualified to avail from Php.150,000.00 – Php.3000,000.00 to acquire a certain parcel of residential lot. TCT should be encumbered in favor of ASKI.

Release of loan shall be in tranches as:
1st Rel. = 30% of the approved loan for Level 1 of construction - Concreting (Lay-outing/wall foundation, laying of CHB/ Beam)
2nd Rel =- 30% It is intended for Level 2 – Canpentry / steel works (Windows/Door jambs, Roof framing/ G.I. sheets Installation). To be drawn after the completion of Level 1.
3rd Rel = 20% Finishing works - to be released after the completion of level 2 of construction(Plastering, electrical, Flooring, Painting)
4th Rel = 20% of the approved loan will be retained and to be released after the final inspection and approval of the Project Manager.
- TCT to be mortgaged in favor of ASKI
- Post Dated Checks required.
- No CBU/EF withdrawal / reversal until upon full payment of NHA loan
B. House Improvement / Repair
- Maximum of Php.150,000.00
Release of loan shall be in tranches as:
1St Rel.– 50% of the Approved loan
2nd Rel. – 30% (upon submission of O.R. / delivery receipts of the material purchased indicating the full amount of the 1st release.
3rd Rel. – 20% retention will be released after the final inspection and approval of the Project Manager.
- Loans exceeding Ps.30,000 must be secured with PDC’s.
- Loans Ps.50,000 and above must require collateral. (TCT / chattel

- at least five (5) years of service within the organization
- Staff with less than five (five) years of service must have a co-maker with five (5) years of service in ASKI.
- Good records and credibility.
- With net take home pay of no less than twenty five (25)% (net after APP amortization.)

Mode of Payment : Automatic Salary Deduction Payment of principal shall start on the 2nd year only interest due shall be amortized every payday for the 1st year.
