| (1) Report at the assigned branch one day a week to coordinate ASKI MBA activities; (2) Review membership application forms (ASKI MBA Form No. 1) submitted to the branch; (3) Validate death/disability claims of members and qualified dependents; verify authenticity of documents and other information before recommending the payment of benefits; (4) Assist in the completion of documents necesary for the release of benefit claims; |

| (5) Visit at least 4 to 6 centers per month in order to coordinate with the members and discuss with them any queries, concerns and suggestions regarding the administration and programs of ASKI MBA; (6) Monitor the activities of ASKI MBA through the use of the MBA Coordinator's Plan of Work and submit the following monthly reports on the first week of each month; (7) Attend meetings called by ASKI MBA and the ASKI Branch he/she is assigned to; and (8) Continuously give suggestions for the improvement of the programs and management of the association. |

| Board of Trustees shall be elected form the pool of outstanding MBA Coordinators. Recognizing the key role of the coordinators, an active capacity building program has been developed for them. The workshop serves as training ground for the potential MBA Coordinators. It focuses roles and responsibilities of the Coordinator and builds understanding on the value of their positions in running ASKI MBA. Aside from trainings, an MBA Coordinator receives monthly allowance as set and approved by the Board of Trustees. He/she can also reimburse all the expenses related to the performance of his/her duties and functions. The ASKI MBA is only as good as its members. Thus, it spares no resources to develop leadership capacity among its members. Power to the people through highly committed and capable MBA Coordinators. |
